Parent Party at Tableau

After our dual meet today, 30 parents and coaches are enjoying an evening of music, food, wine and fun at Tableau Kitchen and Bar. Thank you to our Party Committee for all their hard work in organizing a fun night out for us parents!

New Practice Timetable - Summer Swim Practice Schedule Starts

A friendly reminder that on Monday, June 12th, to help accommodate summer camps and afternoon Junior Lifeguards, we shift to our summer swim practice schedule. Check out the change in timetable here.

Picture Day

On Thursday, June 15th from 7:30am - 10:30am, Cantrell Photography will be on deck for team, individual, and sibling/buddy photos. Envelopes for ordering pictures are in the family folders (see here for pricing). A few extra envelopes are available in the coaches office. All swimmers should wear their HVST or navy suits. Picture Schedule: TEAM PHOTO PROMPTLY at 7:30am; individual and sibling/buddy pictures start immediately after, first come first serve. Donuts for all following their photo. Note: 9+ practices are canceled that morning.

Fun Friday Theme

On Friday, June 16th, join the Mighty Dolphins on a Backstroke adventure to the stars! Swimmers will be focusing on preparing for their swim meet and practicing their backstroke skills! After they capture their star they get a treat! Note: change in Friday’s practice times compared to the rest of the week. 

Mighty Dolphins vs. Lake Forest Dolphins II - Home Meet

We’re competing on Saturday, June 17th against Lake Forest Dolphins II, at our own pool. It will be a split meet with 9+ swimmers starting at 9am and 12pm for our 5/6 and 7/8 swimmers. More details to come on our Tuesday meet email.

Lip Sync and Picnic

Form your groups and brainstorm a song, dance, skit or talent to perform on stage for your teammates, coaches, neighbors and friends at HVST's annual Lip Sync Picnic. A longtime Harbor View tradition, and one of the best nights of our summer swim season, HVST Lip Sync Picnic is on Saturday June 17th, 6pm on the grass next to the pool (acts will start promptly at 6pm, so please arrive in advance to get yourself settled). Don't forget to sign up here for your song choice as it’s first come, first serve.

Drop-in rehearsals at the same picnic area will be held by our older HVST swimmers, Brooke Anthony and Finley Seaton, on Tuesday, June 13th: 6pm - 8pm and Thursday, June 15th: 2pm - 4pm.

2023 End of Season 2023 HVST Trophy Order Form

We would love to provide a trophy for any swimmer that desires an End of Season 2023 HVST trophy. However, every year we have a ton of trophies that never get picked up at the End of Year Picnic (July 29th) or in the coaches’ office weeks later. This is a big monetary loss to our team.

Please click here to complete your order form for each of your HVST swimmer(s) by Saturday, June 24th on their wishes for a participation trophy. If we don't have your response by Saturday, June 24th, we will assume no trophy.
