Refund policy: Refund of registration fees will be honored through Monday, April 27, 2026 if requests are received to [email protected] less a $50 cancellation fee. After April 27, 2026, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. There is no pro-rating of fees for partial attendance due to absences, injury or inclement weather.
Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawing from the team will be allowed up to May 11, 2026 if the request is received to [email protected]. If this request is made after April 27, 2026 but before May 11, 2026 there will be no refund of registration but you will not be expected to fulfill the parent volunteer requirement. If the request to withdraw is made after May 11, 2026 there will be no refund of registration and you will still be expected to fulfill the volunteer requirement agreed upon at the time of registration or pay the $500 charge for not fulfilling the parent volunteer requirement.
