$195 per swimmer HVCA (Port Streets Phase 1) residents

$224 per swimmer Non-HVCA (Port Streets Phase 1) residents

NO REFUND POLICY FOR REGISTRATIONS: there is no pro-rating of fees for partial attendance due to absences, injury or inclement weather. Once paid, registration fees for any swim programs and other events are non-refundable.

Fees must be paid and waiver signed prior to participation. To confirm enrollment, payment and form to be dropped off at 1854 Port Westbourne, Newport Beach, 92660 during practice hours Monday - Thursday 3pm-5pm. Label your envelope Winter Swim Clinic - Swimmer's Name.

Start training by organizing regular swim sessions with your friends to improve endurance and stroke techniques to ensure you're well-prepared for HVST and JR. LIFEGUARDS test!

3:30 pm to 4:00pm 5/6 & 7 year olds

4:00 pm to 4:45pm 8/9 year olds (Swim & Jr. Guard Training)

4:45pm to 5:45pm Ages 9 & up swimmers (Swim & Jr. Guard Training)

The Cost is $195 Port Streets Resident —$238 Non-Port Street Resident.

CASH or CHECK payable to CASH FEES MUST BE PAID AND WAIVER SIGNED PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION.

If you would like to order online from Competitive Aquatic Supply (CAS) a pair of personalized HVST swim caps (two of the same last name), please note deadlines for first order cutoff below. No exceptions can be made outside of these deadlines. We encourage everyone to get your online orders into CAS to avoid any delays. The printer needs on average 4 weeks to get custom orders completed. The biggest take away is to order the personalized caps SEPARATELY because ordering the personalized caps with suits or other apparel, it will delay the caps for everyone.

• If you place your online order by March 19, 2025 CAS will deliver your order to the HVST Pool Deck at the second gear fitting on April 16 from 3pm - 5pm (this may include personalized caps if they can get done on time)

HVST summer team is run by a volunteer Board and the Board meets regularly. Together they tackle the management side of the team and they vote on decisions that affect the swim team. How to Register for Volunteer Shifts

Go to https://harborviewswimteam.swimtopia.com/ starting at 8am on Tuesday, April 1st.

Sign in to your Swimtopia account. (If you haven't registered your swimmer(s) yet for 2025 HVST Summer Swim Team, you'll need to do this first to get access to your Swimtopia account. Top tip: Early Bird registration fees end March 31st.

1. Click on Summer Swim tab; then Calendar
2. Click the green JOB SIGNUP OPEN button next to the meet you want to sign up for.
3. Click the SIGN-UP FOR JOBS button for either Parent’s name.
4. A list of jobs will appear.
   1. The list shows the job name (including 1st half or 2nd half), number of people needed for each job, and also the point value for each job.
   2. Hover over the black circle next to each job to see a description.
   3. Hover over the number in the "filled" column to see the names of other people who are signed up for a particular job.
   4. If a job is completely filled, it will be grayed out.
5. Check the box next to the job(s) you want.
6. Click SAVE ASSIGNMENTS at the bottom to finish your selection. Failure to do so will erase your selections.
7. The next screen will confirm the job you have signed up for.
8. Click the SIGN-UP FOR JOBS button again if you need to change something.
9. Repeat the above 1-7 steps for signing up for each of your shifts to total four points.
10. Add your family’s chosen assignments into your personal calendar so there’s no forgetting!
