Pollywogs - Session 2

For the littlest members of the Mighty Dolphins, the Pollywogs program is perfect for kiddos aged 2.5 to 4.5 years old. The second session starts Wednesday, July 5th and ends Thursday, July 27th. These mini-mariners will grow more comfortable and water-safe throughout the month. To learn more about this swim clinic and to register, click here.

Fun Friday Theme - Donut Wanna Miss It Theme

On Friday, July 7th, join us for a fun day filled with relays, silly swims and most importantly doughnut innertubes! We will also be working on swim meet prep, and after their session swimmers can enjoy a yummy treat! 

Mighty Dolphins vs. Greenbrook Gators - Away Meet

We’re competing on Saturday, July 8th against the Greenbrook Gators, at their four-lane pool in Fountain Valley. It will be a traditional single, unified session (NOT a split meet) starting at 9am for all age groups. More details to come on our Monday meet email.

Coach Appreciation Week

Mark your calendars, Coach Appreciation Week is almost here!

We’re so excited to celebrate our FIN-tastic Mighty, Mighty Dolphins coaches the week of July 10th-14th. Let’s show our amazing coaching staff how much we appreciate them! There are two ways to do this:

1. Give cards (homemade ones are GREAT!) and/or gifts (see here for a list of their favorite things). There will be a file box on deck during practice hours with individual and collective coach folders.
2. Give to the Coach Appreciation Fund via Venmo. The funds will go towards treats, gifts, and gift cards for each coach. The HVST Spirit Committee suggests a family donation of $25-$50 per participating swimmer. Venmo: @Leah-JosephsonSmith

Poker Night - Save the Date and *RSVP*

Mighty Dolphins Poker night is around the corner. Cards fly Thursday, July 13th at 6pm inside the Harbor View Phase 1 clubhouse. Doors open at 5:30. Initial buy-in will be $100 which goes directly to the team, subsequent buy-ins are unlimited and are up for grabs. We will provide pizza, beer, and water…anything else is on you.

The more players we have the better, the evening. Anyone is welcome. Thanks in advance for showing up and supporting our team. Please RSVP to Tim at [email protected] so we know how much food and drinks to bring. Looking forward to a fun evening!

5/6 and 7/8 HVST Dolphins Party on July 18th from 3:30 - 5:30pm on the pool deck. Plant your own terrarium in a fish bowl to take home and enjoy! Yummy snacks will be served! Please RSVP to Kelly at [email protected].

9/10 age group

On July 19th from 5pm - 6pm, it's scavenger hunt time for our 9/10 age group! Meet us in the late afternoon on the pool deck for fun hunting in the sun! Pizza and treats will be served. Please RSVP to Ayumi at [email protected].

11+ age group

Join us after practice on July 20th from 10:45am-11:45am for breakfast. Make your own Acai bowl! Please RSVP to Hayley at [email protected]. 

HVST End of Year Video - *Photos and Videos Needed*

Attention all HVST swim families! We need pictures and videos of all our swimmers for the end of the year video. Coach Kate is working hard to make it the very best and we need your help, especially if you want to see your child in the video. You can submit pictures or videos here.
