If you do not live in Phase I of Harbor View (HVCA), and you are registering a swimmer under 13 years old, an out of area fee of $50 per swimmer is required. For the avoidance of doubt, this $50 fee per swimmer must be paid by household addresses in Phase II of Harbor View Homes (NHCA) and Phase III of Harbor View Homes (Seawind).

Registration will not be processed without the correct fee applied. If you fail to pay the out of area fee and live outside of HVCA, your swimmer’s registration will be placed on hold.
