After Finals, join us at 5:30pm on the greenbelt outside our HVST pool by the playground for a celebration picnic and awards ceremony. All those that ordered trophies will get theirs plus we will be honoring our all-stars and graduates of the 2026 season. We will have a food truck there for with dinner items for purchase as well as a Handel's Ice Cream sponsored by Stephanie Lowe Group! |

Warm Up Times 8:30AM session for ages 9 and up: 7:30am WARM UP 12 PM session for ages 8 and younger: NO WARM UP to move the meet along AM Volunteers: Volunteers check in and meeting at 8am in the clubhouse behind the starter PM Volunteers: Volunteers check in and meeting at 11:30 am in the clubhouse behind the starter Parking Please Park on Toledo Lane, which is the neighborhood street at the bottom of our parking lot so that HOA members can still park and use the club. No specific rules other than don't block people's driveways. Families can set up anywhere on our grass areas surrounding the pool. They will have a full snack bar serving breakfast items (burritos, bagels, etc) lunch (hotdogs, burgers), and drinks and snacks. |

This volunteer will come to the pool deck every evening (week days only) after the last practice to clean-up, organize tables/chairs and put back into position, put all items found on deck in lost and found, put away kickboards, etc. Coach Ben is the contact for any additional questions. |
