If you are a new HVST parent and/or just want to learn everything there is to know about how you are going to spend your summer and all things HVST-related, then please join our HVST Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Coaches on April 3rd at the Phase 1 Pool Deck for an orientation session. Everyone welcome, even returning families who would like a little bit more info!

HVST summer team is run by a volunteer Board and the Board meets regularly. Together they tackle the management side of the team and they vote on decisions that affect the swim team. If parents wish to place an item on a meeting agenda, please contact our HVST Presidents at least one week prior to a meeting date: [email protected]

If you would like to order online from Competitive Aquatic Supply (CAS) a pair of personalized HVST swim caps (two of the same last name), please note deadlines for first order cutoff below. No exceptions can be made outside of these deadlines. We encourage everyone to get your online orders into CAS to avoid any delays. The printer needs on average 4 weeks to get custom orders completed. The biggest take away is to order the personalized caps SEPARATELY because ordering the personalized caps with suits or other apparel, it will delay the caps for everyone.

The Cost is $195 Port Streets Resident —$238 Non-Port Street Resident.

NO REFUND POLICY FOR REGISTRATIONS: there is no pro-rating of fees for partial attendance due to absences, injury or inclement weather. Once paid, registration fees for any swim programs and other events are non-refundable.
