End of Year Trophy Order Deadline
2023 End of Season 2023 HVST Trophy Order Form We would love to provide a trophy for any swimmer that desires an End of Season 2023 HVST trophy. However, every year we have a ton of trophies that never get picked up at the End of Year Picnic (July 29th) or in the coaches’ office weeks later. This is a big monetary loss to our team. Please click here to complete your order form for each of your HVST swimmer(s) by Saturday, June 24th on their wishes for a participation trophy. If we don't have your response by Saturday, June 24th, we will assume no trophy. |

On Saturday, June 24th, we will have our first invitational meet of the season with all six teams in our SCSC league meeting at the SCSC Relays Finals. This meet will feature a single, unified session (not a split meet). This meet has limited entries for each team and will be invitation-only based on swimmers' times and abilities. Coaches will be reaching out to individual HVST swimmers the week of the meet to ask them to swim. |

NO FUN FRIDAY. We would like to reserve this Friday to prepare for Relay Finals. We need all of our Mighty Dolphins to be focused, confident and most importantly prepared for one of the biggest meets of the season. We will spend the day practicing relay finishes, dives, etc. |

A longtime Harbor View tradition, and one of the best nights of our summer swim season, HVST Lip Sync Picnic is on Saturday June 17th, 6pm (acts start promptly at 6pm; please arrive to get settled before then) on the grass next to the pool. Form your groups and brainstorm a song, dance, skit or talent to perform on stage for your teammates, coaches, neighbors and friends at HVST's annual Lip Sync Picnic. Drop-in rehearsals at the same picnic area will be held by our older HVST swimmers, Brooke Anthony and Finley Seaton, on Tuesday, June 13th: 6pm - 8pm and Thursday, June 15th: 2pm - 4pm. |

Picture Day

On Thursday, June 15th from 7:30am - 9:30am, Cantrell Photography will be on deck for team, individual, and sibling/buddy photos. Envelopes for ordering pictures are in the family folders (see here for pricing). A few extra envelopes are available in the coaches office. All swimmers should wear their HVST or navy suits. Picture Schedule: TEAM PHOTO PROMPTLY at 7:30am; individual and sibling/buddy pictures start immediately after, first come first serve. Donuts for all following their photo. Note: 9+ practices are canceled that morning. |
