If you would like to order online from Competitive Aquatic Supply (CAS) a pair of personalized HVST swim caps (two of the same name - first or last), please note deadlines for second order cutoff below. No exceptions can be made outside of these deadlines. We encourage everyone to get your online orders into CAS to avoid any delays.

    • NEW THIS YEAR: If you place your online order by April 1, 2023 CAS will deliver your order to the HVST Pool Deck at the second gear fitting on April 17 – 3pm - 5pm (this excludes personalized caps)

How to Register for Volunteer Shifts

Go to https://harborviewswimteam.swimtopia.com/ starting at 8am on Saturday, April 1st.

Sign in to your Swimtopia account. (If you haven't registered your swimmer(s) yet for 2023 HVST Summer Swim Team, you'll need to do this first to get access to your Swimtopia account. Top tip: Early Bird registration fees end today!).

1. Click on Summer Swim tab; then Calendar
2. Click the green JOB SIGNUP OPEN button next to the meet you want to sign up for.
3. Click the SIGN-UP FOR JOBS button for either Parent’s name.
4. A list of jobs will appear.
   1. The list shows the job name (including 1st half or 2nd half), number of people needed for each job, and also the point value for each job.
   2. Hover over the black circle next to each job to see a description.
   3. Hover over the number in the "filled" column to see the names of other people who are signed up for a particular job.
   4. If a job is completely filled, it will be grayed out.
5. Check the box next to the job(s) you want.
6. Click SAVE ASSIGNMENTS at the bottom to finish your selection. Failure to do so will erase your selections.
7. The next screen will confirm the job you have signed up for.
8. Click the SIGN-UP FOR JOBS button again if you need to change something.
9. Repeat the above 1-7 steps for signing up for each of your shifts to total four points.
10. Add your family’s chosen assignments into your personal calendar so there’s no forgetting!

SCSC League is run by a volunteer Board. This Board, along with other volunteers, performs the tasks required to operate our league. The Board meets regularly and together they tackle the management side of the league and they vote on decisions that affect the season.
