Trophy Declaration Deadline (LINK TO FORM HERE AND/OR IN EMAIL)

Please fill out this FORM to let us know that you want a trophy. We would love to provide a trophy for any swimmer that desires one. At our End of the Season picnic on July 19th, we will hand out trophies to all swimmers who filled out form requesting one, as well as specific awards to swimmers for milestones met. We will have a food truck and face painting to end our season with a bang! By EOD Wednesday, June 11th, please complete the form for each of your HVST swimmers on their wishes for a participation trophy. If we don't have your response by this deadline, we will assume no trophy. |

Please refer to our volunteer FAQ's for more information about volunteering. What If I Can't Make the Shift For Which I Signed up? It’s your responsibility to find a substitute for any volunteer job that you’re unable to fulfill. Remember: you don't need to be the one who volunteers; it can be a babysitter, teenager, grandparent, etc. Or switch the shift in Swimtopia to another meet at which you're available to volunteer. Sign ups will close a couple days before a meet so don’t delay in swapping. If you no-show for a shift that you are signed up for there will be an automatic charge of $125 for each shift that you no-show for. Cancellations made the day prior or day of the meet will incur a $125 charge to your account. You are responsible for keeping track of your own shifts, it is not the responsibility of the team to remind you of your shifts. |

THIS IS OUR BIG FUNDRAISER FOR THE SEASON and we need everyone to help make it a success! This is not only an important event, but also a fun event for the swimmers to participate. Ask your parents, relatives, neighbors and friends to support your efforts by sponsoring you. Sponsors may pledge a dollar amount for each lap that you swim or they may simply pledge a flat amount. In order to help make our swim team run efficiently a minimum of $50 per swimmer is encouraged. If you are unable to give $50 per swimmer, any amount is appreciated. If a sponsor pledges a dollar amount per lap, you will be told how many laps you completed after you finish swimming. You then return to your sponsors and notify them of how much you swam in order to collect their pledges. If a sponsor prefers to make a flat pledge, you may collect it when they sign up. |

This will be a diving focused practice where we will follow the natural progression of making a streamline, Sitting dive, kneeling dive, standing dive. We can use noodles, hula hoops, etc to assist in this. |
