Please refer to our volunteer FAQ's for more information about volunteering. What If I Can't Make the Shift For Which I Signed up? It’s your responsibility to find a substitute for any volunteer job that you’re unable to fulfill. Remember: you don't need to be the one who volunteers; it can be a babysitter, teenager, grandparent, etc. Or switch the shift in Swimtopia to another meet at which you're available to volunteer. Sign ups will close a couple days before a meet so don’t delay in swapping. If you no-show for a shift that you are signed up for there will be an automatic charge of $125 for each shift that you no-show for. Cancellations made the day prior or day of the meet will incur a $125 charge to your account. You are responsible for keeping track of your own shifts, it is not the responsibility of the team to remind you of your shifts. |

2025 Season Kick-Off Picnic!

Join us for a fun picnic celebrating the start of the 2025 HVST season and the completion of our first meet! Bring your blankets, chairs and favorite drinks. We will have a food truck with dinner options for purchase. Get together with other HVST families and celebrate the fun to come in the 2025 season! Awards will be presented to the Top 3 swimmers from Aquaman in each age group, male and female. The fun begins at 5:30PM. Coach Maye will be doing face painting BLSSD the Label will be there to do custom hats |

Aquaman! This HVST intramural meet is our traditional way to kick off our summer swim season. We get to see our Mighty Dolphins in action - and maybe a sighting of the ‘real’ Aquaman?

Fun Friday: Eat Our Bubbles!

This will be the Fun Friday prior to Aquaman, We will go over the staging area, learning the whistles and how to wait in line for your race. We will do 4 “events” total of sprint 25’s (one of each stroke) where children will go “line up” at the staging area. Walk to the blocks and wait for their “event”. During this bubble machines will be going off on the swim bench for show. The whole premise is that we are going so fast that our competitors are “eating our bubbles” |
